The idea is to notify the general public of the metros increase of more bus lines throughout the city. What they did was produce a bus ad that shows a intersection in which a bus is crossing. Had they not specifically added the text "more connections in the works" in the upper right corner of the ad the message would have been lost. What they check update do to make this more clear is show the tail end of another bus going down the street perpendicular to the first bus. By depicting more buses in the ad the viewer can infer that there are more bus lines in the city.
